Booking through this website
When you book online you choose a treatment and an available time. Your booking is sent to the clinic as a request for approval. The final booking screen shows your reference and pending status. The clinic will contact you directly to confirm the appointment.
A request is not a confirmed appointment until you receive confirmation.
